1. Role Summary

The Regional Business Manager (RBM) is a senior First Line Manager (FLM) role responsible for leading the sales operations for the ENT & Dermatology division of a prestigious Pharma MNC. Based in Kolkata, the RBM will oversee the West Bengal territory, managing a team of Territory Business Managers to drive market share, ensure brand leadership, and achieve aggressive revenue targets.

Compensation

Up to ₹15 Lakhs Per Annum (LPA)

3. Core Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of TBMs to ensure high productivity and achievement of sales objectives.
• Strategic Growth: Develop and implement territory-specific business plans to penetrate the ENT and Derma markets in West Bengal.
• KOL Management: Establish and nurture professional relationships with top-tier Dermatologists and ENT Surgeons across the region.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure 100% implementation of marketing strategies, CRM compliance, and effective primary/secondary sales management.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable feedback to the National Head to refine regional tactics.
