Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Specialist role based in Surat, Gujarat. The Recruitment Specialist will manage end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating and conducting interviews, and supporting selection decisions for various roles within TECH EHS Solution. The role includes building strong talent pipelines, maintaining relationships with external recruitment partners, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Recruitment Specialist will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, refine job descriptions, and align recruitment strategies with business needs. Additional responsibilities may involve onboarding support, maintaining recruitment metrics, and contributing to employer branding and workforce planning initiatives.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Recruiting and Hiring skills, including experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
  • Candidates should possess effective Interviewing and Communication skills to assess candidates and engage stakeholders clearly and professionally.
  • Candidates should possess Training and onboarding skills to support new hires and enhance the candidate-to-employee transition.
  • Relevant experience in talent acquisition, preferably within consulting, technology, or EHS-related industries.
  • Ability to work on-site in Surat and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and basic HR practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
