What You’ll Be Doing

• Own end-to-end recruiting for global roles across tech, product, and operations, with a strong focus on quality and speed
• Partner closely with founders, hiring managers, and clients to deeply understand role requirements and hiring priorities
• Source and engage top talent proactively across geographies, using creative and data-driven approaches
• Manage candidate pipelines, interviews, and stakeholder communication to ensure a smooth, high-touch candidate experience
• Continuously improve recruiting processes, tooling, and playbooks as our clients scale their talent operations globally

Who’s The Ideal Fit

• 1+ years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, ideally hiring across multiple regions (US, EMEA, APAC)
• Strong experience hiring for product-based startups, high-growth companies, or technical full-time roles
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with minimal hand-holding
• Excellent communicator who builds trust with candidates and hiring managers alike
• Highly organized, proactive, and motivated by building world-class teams rather than filling roles transactionally
