Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment and support business hiring requirements. The candidate will work closely with hiring managers to attract and hire the right talent while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring goals.
• Post job openings on job portals, social media, and professional networks.
• Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, networking, and databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate pipeline and update Applicant Tracking System (ATS) regularly.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage offer negotiations and offer rollout process.
• Support employer branding, referral drives, and campus hiring initiatives.

Required Skills

• Ability to assess candidates effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with HR software and ATS systems

Preferred Background

Candidates having exposure to Pharma, Healthcare, Medical Devices, or Sales hiring in relevant industries will be highly preferred.
