Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist based in Mysore. The Recruitment Specialist will manage end-to-end hiring processes, conduct interviews, and collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs. They will also lead efforts to source, recruit, and onboard top talent, while ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Additional responsibilities may include facilitating training programs to ensure new hires are set up for success.

Qualifications

• Experience and skills in Hiring, Recruiting, and sourcing talent
• Proficiency in conducting Interviews and screening processes
• Strong Communication skills to collaborate with team members and candidates
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver efficient Training programs
• Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple recruitment processes
• Proficiency with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
