Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Specialist role located in the Pune Division. The Recruitment Specialist will handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including identifying talent needs, sourcing, and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the onboarding process. Supporting hiring managers in building effective hiring strategies and maintaining a robust talent pipeline, the role also involves training initiatives to ensure newly hired employees transition successfully into their roles. Additionally, the Recruitment Specialist will maintain records and collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet hiring goals effectively.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Hiring, Recruiting, and building strong candidate pipelines
- Strong skills in Interviewing and assessing candidate qualifications
- Effective Communication skills to interact with diverse candidates and internal stakeholders
- Experience in providing Training and onboarding support to new team members
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and hiring managers
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is an advantage
