Job Title: Recruitment Specialist – Sales Hiring

Role Summary

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist with 2–3 years of experience in hiring sales professionals. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with platforms like Naukri and LinkedIn and have a strong ability to identify, screen, and engage high-potential sales talent.


This role requires someone who understands modern recruitment technology and keeps up with the latest AI trends in hiring. The candidate should be comfortable using digital tools and AI-enabled platforms to improve sourcing, screening, and recruitment efficiency.


Success in this role means closing sales hiring mandates quickly, maintaining candidate quality, and building a strong pipeline of sales talent. This role plays a key part in helping organizations build high-performing sales teams by ensuring consistent access to qualified candidates.


Responsibilities

  • Source and identify qualified sales candidates using platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates to assess sales capability, communication skills, and role fit.
  • Understand client Job Descriptions (JDs) and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct initial candidate screening calls and interviews to assess suitability for sales roles.
  • Maintain and manage a structured candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring requirements.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
  • Track recruitment progress and maintain accurate records in recruitment trackers or systems.
  • Leverage recruitment technology and AI tools to improve sourcing, screening, and candidate matching.
  • Stay updated on latest AI trends, recruitment automation tools, and digital hiring practices.
  • Build and nurture relationships with active and passive sales talent in the market.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support clients with shortlisting recommendations and candidate insights.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in recruitment with a focus on sales hiring.
  • Proven experience sourcing candidates through Naukri and LinkedIn.
  • Strong understanding of sales roles such as SDRs, Business Development Executives, Sales Managers, and Account Executives.
  • Good understanding of recruitment technologies, ATS platforms, and AI-enabled hiring tools.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools for sourcing, screening, and improving recruitment efficiency.
  • Excellent candidate screening and interviewing skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates simultaneously.
  • Good organizational and pipeline management skills.
