We’re Hiring: Recruitment Specialist (1–2 Years Experience)

What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end hiring process — from sourcing to onboarding
• Partner with team leads to understand real hiring needs (not just job descriptions)
• Build strong candidate pipelines and deliver a great candidate experience
• Conduct interviews and identify potential beyond resumes
• Support onboarding and help new hires settle in smoothly
• Contribute ideas to strengthen our employer brand

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment (IT hiring is a big plus)
• Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Organized, proactive, and execution-focused
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
