Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end recruitment across all hiring needs, including corporate, operations, management, and leadership roles
• Partner closely with Business Leaders, HRBP, and Hiring Managers to translate workforce plans into actionable hiring strategies
• Ensure timely hiring delivery, strong candidate quality, and positive candidate experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Drive data-driven recruitment decisions, tracking key metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire
• Continuously optimize recruitment processes, interview frameworks, and assessment approaches to improve hiring outcomes
• Manage and optimize relationships with external vendors (headhunter, agencies, talent partners) when required
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on talent availability, market insights, and compensation benchmarks
• Hand-on involvement in critical and senior-level hiring when needed
• Lead, coach, and develop the recruitment team with a strong focus on delivery, accountability, and quality
• Set clear performance expectations and monitor recruiter productivity and outcomes
• Build a high-ownership, hands-on recruitment culture

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3–5 years in a people management role
• Strong hands-on experience in high-volume and fast-growing environments (logistics, mobility, tech, startup, or large-scale operations preferred)
• Proven track record of driving recruitment results, not just designing frameworks
• Exposure to multi-market or international hiring is an advantage
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Execution-driven mindset with the ability to balance speed and quality
• Data-oriented and comfortable working with recruitment metrics
