Artes Skin & Hair Clinic, Palakkad is looking for an experienced and driven Operations & Marketing Manager to lead clinic operations, drive business growth, and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead day-to-day clinic operations.
- Plan and execute marketing and business development strategies.
- Drive patient acquisition, revenue growth, and brand visibility.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate the clinic team to achieve performance goals.
- Own the Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility of the clinic and ensure sustainable business growth.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Prior experience in the skin, hair, aesthetic, or healthcare industry is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, operational, and marketing expertise.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and people management skills.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving business targets.
