About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our hiring efforts, especially for manufacturing roles. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, handling teams, and building strong hiring strategies to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities

(a) Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Handle bulk hiring requirements efficiently
• Plan and execute campus hiring drives
• Build and implement effective hiring strategies

(b) Team Management

• Lead and manage the recruitment team
• Monitor team performance and hiring targets
• Ensure smooth coordination within the team

(c) Stakeholder Coordination

• Work closely with internal teams to understand hiring needs
• Maintain clear communication with candidates and stakeholders
• Ensure a smooth and positive hiring experience

Key Requirements

(a) Experience:

• 4+ years in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
• Minimum 2+ Years of Experience in Manufacturing Industry (Mandatory)

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong Team Handling Skills
• Experience in Campus and Bulk Hiring
• Good Understanding of Hiring Strategies
• Excellent Communication in Hindi & English
• Organised and Result-driven Approach
