Recruitment Lead – Non-IT

Location: Noida (Work from Office – 5 Days a Week)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Lead – Non-IT to drive end-to-end hiring for our clients across multiple industries. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in recruitment consulting or staffing and be capable of handling multiple hiring mandates independently while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across industries such as Manufacturing, Engineering, Automotive, Semiconductor.
• Understand client hiring requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through
• job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical and functional requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, negotiate offers, and ensure successful onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely recruitment updates.
• Ensure adherence to hiring timelines, quality standards, and recruitment SLAs.
• Keep track of market trends, talent availability, and salary benchmarks.

Required Skills

• 5–10 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment, preferably in a staffing or recruitment consulting environment.
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple industry verticals.
• Excellent sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred but not mandatory.
