We are about 650+ people strong and we cater to product & data engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack, and various other GenAI areas.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Conduct initial screening calls with candidates to assess communication skills, experience, and role fit.
• Screen and shortlist resumes/CVs based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and align interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
• Oversee the interview process and ensure smooth interview coordination.
• Share shortlisted candidate profiles with the respective talent acquisition team members/managers.
• Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment records with accurate updates.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
