We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Recruitment Director to lead talent acquisition and employer branding for Xanh SM's market entry and scale-up in India. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can build recruitment strategy from the ground up, establish Xanh SM as an employer of choice in a new market, and deliver high-quality hires at speed across all levels of the organization

esStrategic Talent Acquisiti

  • onDesign and own the end-to-end recruitment strategy for India, covering corporate, operations, management, and leadership hirin
  • g.Translate business and workforce plans into actionable talent acquisition roadmaps in partnership with Business Leaders, HRBP, and Hiring Manager
  • s.Drive data-driven recruitment decisions — time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire — and continuously optimize processes, interview frameworks, and assessment approache
  • s.Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on talent market insights, competitive landscape, and compensation benchmarking in Indi
  • a.Manage and optimize relationships with external vendors, headhunters, and talent partners as neede
  • d.Take hands-on ownership of critical and senior-level hirin

g.Employer Branding & Market Positioni

  • ngBuild and lead Xanh SM's employer brand strategy in India from the ground up — positioning the company as a top employer in the EV and sustainable mobility spac
  • e.Develop and execute EB campaigns across digital, social, and campus/community channels to build early market awareness and talent pipeline ahead of launc
  • h.Partner with Marketing/Communications to ensure consistent employer brand messaging aligned with Xanh SM's global identity, adapted to local market nuance
  • s.Leverage EB initiatives to strengthen candidate experience and conversion in a highly competitive, fast-growing talent marke

  • ipLead, coach, and develop the India recruitment team, instilling a culture of ownership, accountability, and deliver
  • y.Set clear performance expectations and monitor recruiter productivity and outcome

e.Requiremen

  • ts10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5 years in a senior people management/leadership rol
  • e.Proven experience building recruitment strategy and employer branding in a new market or during a market launch/scale-up phas
  • e.Strong hands-on experience in high-volume, fast-growing environments (mobility, logistics, tech, startup, or large-scale operations strongly preferred
  • ).Demonstrated track record of driving recruitment results, not just designing framework
