Role Description

This is a full-time for a Recruitment Coordinator. The Recruitment Coordinator will handle and manage daily recruitment operations, including identifying talent, organizing and conducting interviews, assessing candidates, and ensuring seamless communication with all stakeholders throughout the hiring process. Responsibilities also include fostering positive candidate experiences, collaborating with hiring managers to meet workforce needs, and maintaining accurate records of recruitment activities.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills to effectively interact with candidates and internal teams
• Experience with Hiring processes and Interviewing candidates
• Ability to deliver top-notch Customer Service and support throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
• Familiarity with HR practices, employment laws, and regulations is desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
