Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across BPO, Healthcare, and BFSI domains.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates based on job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage bulk hiring requirements while ensuring timely closures.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate offer roll-out, salary negotiation, and onboarding activities.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
• Achieve hiring targets within the defined timelines while maintaining quality of hires.

Required Skills

• 1–4 years of experience in end-to-end Non-IT recruitment.
• Experience in bulk hiring across BPO, Healthcare, and BFSI domains.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
