• Handle complete hiring cycle from requirement gathering to joining.
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Salary negotiation with selected candidates & Ensure smooth on boarding and joining documentation.
• Maintain candidate records & Ensure proper employee documents before joining.
