Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Delhi. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection processes for various roles within Surya Loan. Daily responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, posting job openings on relevant platforms, and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates. The Recruiter will also be responsible for organizing interview schedules, managing candidate communication, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Additional tasks include supporting onboarding activities, maintaining recruitment reports, and contributing to continuous improvement of hiring practices and employer branding.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination, with the ability to manage multiple open roles.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, and professional networking tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and engage with candidates.
  • Solid organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
  • Understanding of basic HR policies, recruitment compliance, and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Prior experience in recruiting for financial services or lending organizations is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site in Delhi and build strong relationships in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
