Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Recruiter with at least 2 years of professional experience in talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the best talent to support our organizational growth.

- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective job descriptions.
- Utilize various recruitment channels (job portals, social media, referrals, campus drives) to attract talent.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to candidates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during recruitment processes.
- Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the companys reputation as a preferred workplace.
- Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for management review.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software/ATS tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience in both technical and non-technical hiring.
- Ability to build strong professional networks.
- Proactive, resourceful, and results-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of current labor market trends.
