Role And Key Responsibilities
- Managing end to end recruitment for Mid-Level/ Support BPO Hiring Pan India and to achieve the target assigned within agreed quality & timelines.
- Independently manage recruitment for all hierarchy positions across all verticals
- Meeting month on month individual performance Vs Target.
- Ensuring 100% on Time delivery for all business ask.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Co-ordinate / liaison with placement consultants / institutions etc
- Conduct skill testing & interviews.
- Plan & strategize for project specific recruitment within defined time frames.
- Ensure that documentation and salary fitment as per agreed guidelines.
- Contribute to creating an organizational image, which would help in attracting and recruiting the best talent.
- Seek to expand the talent pool by evaluating new employee profiles and assess their suitability.
- Developing Low-Cost Recruitment Strategies using varying Sourcing techniques.
- To continually and diligently maintain various reports Joined/Offers/ Selects Tracker,
- Market-mapping and profile analysis as per availability of the desired skill.
- Generated new leads through different methods like extracting data from Social Networking Sites, Job Portals, and References etc.
- Working on Recruitment tools for various Hiring steps.
