Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in New Delhi. The Recruiter will use HummingBird’s AI-powered platform to manage end-to-end hiring, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and supporting offer and onboarding processes. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to define requirements, create effective job descriptions, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent. The Recruiter will actively manage candidate communication, ensure a positive and inclusive experience, and leverage analytics and reports to support data-driven hiring decisions. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records in ATS/VMS systems, nurturing talent pools, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in candidate sourcing, talent pipeline management, and networking across multiple channels.
• Experience with screening, interviewing coordination, and end-to-end recruitment process management.
• Ability to use recruitment technologies, ATS/VMS tools, and data-driven insights to support hiring decisions.
• Solid communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills with hiring teams.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple roles and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of inclusive hiring practices and commitment to creating a positive candidate experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition professional; experience in tech or platform-based environments is a plus.
