About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive specializing in talent acquisition to join our third-party client's growing team. This role focuses on driving efficient recruitment processes, including bulk hiring and candidate screening, to support organizational scaling. As a Hirednex partner, you'll contribute to bridging academia and industry by sourcing job-ready talent.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end talent acquisition, from sourcing to onboarding.

Handle bulk hiring campaigns for high-volume roles across domains.

Conduct resume screening, initial interviews, and assessments to shortlist top candidates.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and build talent pipelines.

Utilize job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), databases, and networks for proactive sourcing.

Track recruitment metrics and ensure compliance with hiring best practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

1-3 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, bulk hiring, and screening.

Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and sourcing techniques.

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.

Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Preferred Skills

Experience in volume hiring for FMCG, Quick Commerce, BPO, or corporate sectors.

Familiarity with employee referral programs and campus recruitment.
