Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure the successful planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of all projects within the Thermal Projects industry.
Lead and direct project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project objectives are met.
Establish project control mechanisms to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project delivery.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and scheduling to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Implement best practices in project management to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Prepare regular project status reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key milestones, risks, and issues.
Provide leadership and mentorship to project management teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

Qualifications

Minimum of 18-25 years of experience in project management within the Thermal Projects industry.
Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Proven experience in leading and managing multidisciplinary project teams.
