Headquartered in Kolkata, the company has a global presence across Europe, Asia, and Africa, supported by four manufacturing units located in West Bengal, India.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Kolkata, West Bengal. The person will be responsible for the following:

•  Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant and corporate positions
•  Understand manpower requirements from department heads and prepare recruitment plans
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, head hunting, and local employment networks
• Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate technical and final interviews with hiring managers
• Recruit both on-roll and off-roll staff as per business requirements
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Negotiate salary offers within approved budgets and facilitate joining formalities
• Coordinate pre-employment verification
• Manage on-boarding and induction process 

Essential Skill

• Strong sourcing and networking skills
• Understanding of manufacturing job roles and plant operations
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously

Educational Qualifications:

MBA / PGDM preferred

Experience: 

5+ years as Non-IT Recruiter
