Recruiter

We are looking for a US IT Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in US staffing and be comfortable working in the US shift.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, and other job portals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers.
• Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using job portals and LinkedIn for sourcing.
• Basic understanding of US work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, EAD, etc.) and employment types (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
