This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter, based in Surat. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of roles. Additional responsibilities include maintaining candidate databases, collaborating with department managers to define hiring needs, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires. The Recruiter will play a key role in identifying talent and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential candidates.

• Recruitment, candidate sourcing, and interviewing skills
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and understand hiring needs
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR tools
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
• Knowledge of local employment laws and compliance requirements is a plus
• Previous experience in security or manpower services would be an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
