Recruiter- Global Hiring

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our in-house People team and help us scale across multiple functions — Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Platform teams. This role is for someone who enjoys hiring end-to-end, and making thoughtful, high-impact hiring decisions.

If you’re someone who cares about quality over noise, clarity over chaos, and candidate experience as much as speed, this role will feel exciting - not exhausting.

🔍 What You’ll Be Responsible For

End-to-End Hiring Ownership

You’ll own the complete hiring lifecycle for assigned roles — from understanding the business need to closing the offer and onboarding the candidate. You’ll be trusted to decide who moves forward and why.

High-Quality Sourcing & Screening

You’ll source through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and proactive outreach, and run structured screening calls focused on:

• Impact and ownership
• Problem-solving ability
• Communication and motivation

Pipeline & Market Insight

You’ll build and maintain strong pipelines for recurring roles and share insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring risks.

Candidate Experience & Process

You’ll ensure candidates have a respectful, transparent, and positive experience throughout the process — regardless of the outcome — and help continuously improve hiring workflows.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 5–8 years of experience in in-house Talent Acquisition
• Experience hiring for both tech and non-tech roles across multiple functions and global geographies.
• Strong sourcing and screening capability
• Good judgment and the confidence to say no when needed
• Clear, empathetic communication with candidates and stakeholders
• Comfort working in fast-moving, high-growth environments
