Position Overview:

Elevate your career as a Field Sales Executive, Senior Field Sales Manager, or Sales Head at Star

Responsibilities:

Senior Sales Manager (In addition to the above):

● Lead and mentor a team of Field Sales Executives.

● Provide training and guidance to enhance the team's performance.

● Develop and implement sales strategies to meet organizational objectives.

● Analyze sales data and provide insights for continuous improvement.

● Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

Requirements:

● Proven experience in real estate sales (specific years may vary based on the role).

● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

● Demonstrated leadership skills for senior roles.

● Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
