We’re Hiring: HR Recruiter (Fresher / 0–1 Year Experience) | Bangalore

Location: Bangalore

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working)

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments including Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Support/Tech

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and manage scheduling

• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing hiring requirements

• Make 60–70 calls daily to shortlist and engage with the right candidates

• Track recruitment metrics and maintain candidate databases

• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process

• Work closely with internal teams to understand monthly hiring needs

• 0–1 year of experience in HR / Talent Acquisition (Freshers with strong interest in recruitment are welcome)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment

• Comfortable with making 60–70 calls daily

• Basic understanding of recruitment tools and job portals is a plus
