Job Purpose: To identify, engage, and attract top cybersecurity professionals across various technical domains. The Cyber Security Sourcer will build strong pipelines for niche security roles by leveraging advanced sourcing strategies, talent mapping, and networking within the cybersecurity community. Roles & Responsibilities: Source, identify, and engage qualified cybersecurity professionals for roles such as Security Analyst, SOC Engineer, Cloud Security Specialist, Threat Intelligence Analyst, Penetration Tester, etc. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and create targeted sourcing strategies. Utilize Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and cybersecurity-specific platforms (like GitHub, Stack Overflow, Reddit, and security forums). Conduct initial screening to evaluate candidates? technical fit and interest level. Maintain talent pipelines for current and future cybersecurity needs. Track and report sourcing metrics, candidate engagement, and conversion rates. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in cybersecurity and talent acquisition. Required Knowledge & Skills: Experience 6+ years in Recruitment Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts such as: Network Security, Cloud Security, Endpoint Security Threat Detection, Incident Response, and Vulnerability Management Security tools like SIEM, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, and Endpoint Protection Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.) and ATS systems. Knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and market mapping. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver quality candidates under tight timelines. Education: Bachelor?s degree in computer science, Information Technology, HR, or a related field. Additional certifications in Recruitment, HR.
