The TA Team is looking for a recruitment professional to join our team who will focus on hiring and attracting top talent in the Indian market. This role is located in Mumbai.

The TA Team is looking for a recruitment professional to join our team who will focus on hiring and attracting top talent in the Indian market. This role is located in Mumbai.
Professional Development Opportunities:

- LinkedIn Enterprise Solutions Learning- Take online courses on sourcing, interviewing, and other recruitment functions
- Research and develop professional competencies- Have access to white papers, online articles, and other media as a part of our network
- Own your role: Become a mentor, advisor, and thought leader within the TA global structure
- Oversee projects: Choose projects that include: Employer branding, Diversity & Inclusion, reporting/metrics, candidate experience, and more
- Exposure and usage of state-of-the-art technology to recruit: LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other sourcing platforms
- Time to hire: 45 to 60 Days
- Pipeline Sourcing
- LinkedIn InMail usage and acceptance rate
- Interview to offer ratio
- Offer acceptance rate
- Own the candidate process from the initial interview to the offer stage
- Source, engage, and activate passive candidates using Boolean, LinkedIn, Greenhouse, and alternative search techniques
- Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine basic qualifications
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
- 3+ years of full life cycle recruitment experience, preferably with in-house or agency
- Demonstrated capacity for successfully working in a dynamic recruitment environment
- Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment with aggressive hiring targets
- Proven experience sourcing passive candidates using local job boards, such as Naukuri and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
- Ability to work independently with a high level of accountability
