Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Recruiter to join our team on-site at our Surat location. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our growing operations. Daily tasks include creating and posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs. The role also involves maintaining candidate databases, managing onboarding processes, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for candidates and managers alike. Collaboration, organization, and a passion for talent acquisition are key to success in this role.


Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding
  • Skills in conducting structured interviews and managing recruitment processes
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively
  • Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and understand organizational hiring goals
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience in recruiting for manufacturing or jewelry sectors is a plus
  • Proficiency in English, with additional languages being an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
