Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Recruiter for an on-site role located in South West Delhi. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements, maintaining applicant tracking systems, and creating talent pipelines. The Recruiter will play a key role in fostering a positive candidate experience while meeting organizational hiring goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions and specifications
• Familiarity with local labor regulations is a plus
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within industrial or technical sectors, is advantageous
