What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end hiring across roles
  • Source candidates aggressively through multiple channels (job portals, referrals, field hiring, etc.)
  • Conduct initial screenings and shortlist only high-quality candidates
  • Coordinate and drive interviews quickly with zero delays
  • Ensure positions are closed within tight timelines
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline at all times
  • Improve hiring processes continuously
