Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on professional to manage office operations and people processes for one of our group entities focused on bond and commodity trading. The role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office and supporting the trading team, while also managing recruitment for key roles within the entity.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for bond and commodity trading roles (front office, middle office, and support functions).
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand role requirements, trading strategies, and skill expectations.
  • Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and industry-specific channels.
  • Screen profiles for technical trading knowledge, market exposure, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and manage interview processes, feedback, and offer rollouts.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for trading-related roles.
  • Track hiring metrics and ensure adherence to recruitment timelines.
  • Stay updated on market trends, trading talent demand, and compensation benchmarks.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the trading office to ensure smooth and uninterrupted functioning.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal coordination with admin, IT, compliance support teams, and external vendors.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, processes, and regulatory requirements applicable to office operations.
  • Provide continuous operational support to the trading team and leadership.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–6 years of experience in recruitment, with mandatory experience in trading, stock broking, investment firms, or capital markets.
  • Strong understanding of bond markets, commodities trading, derivatives, and trading desk roles.
  • Proven experience hiring for niche and specialized trading positions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS, job portals, and LinkedIn sourcing.
