We are seeking a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in IT services sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying international opportunities, engaging with clients, and driving revenue growth across key global markets such as the USA, UK, UAE, Canada, and Australia.

πŸ’‘ What You’ll Do
  • Identify and generate high-quality leads through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, email campaigns, and cold outreach
  • Reach out to international prospects and build a strong sales pipeline
  • Conduct client discovery calls to understand business needs and technical requirements
  • Deliver compelling presentations and solution proposals
  • Handle the complete sales lifecycleβ€”from initial contact to deal closure
  • Prepare detailed proposals, cost estimates, and project briefs
  • Collaborate with technical teams for accurate solutioning and project discussions
  • Maintain CRM data, track pipelines, and report on weekly/monthly progress
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
🎯 What We’re Looking For
  • 1+ years of experience in IT services sales or business development
  • Proven track record in acquiring international clients
  • Good understanding of software services such as Web, Mobile, SaaS, AI, and Cloud
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, email outreach tools, and CRM platforms
  • Ability to independently convert leads into customers
