Job Summary

Guru Nanak Scaffolding is looking for an experienced Recovery Agent with 3-5 years of experience in payment recovery. The candidate will be responsible for visiting client sites, following up on outstanding payments, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining professional client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customer sites to follow up on pending payments.
• Recover outstanding dues from clients as per company policies.
• Coordinate with customers regarding payment schedules and commitments.
• Maintain records of site visits, payment status, and recovery updates.
• Resolve payment-related issues in coordination with the Accounts and Sales teams.
• Submit daily visit reports and recovery status to management.
• Handle difficult recovery cases professionally and escalate when required.
• Ensure collection targets are achieved within the assigned timelines.

Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years in Payment Recovery / Field Collection / Credit Recovery.
• Experience in field visits for payment collection is mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Willingness to travel for client visits.
• Valid driving license and own vehicle will be preferred.
• Graduate in any discipline (Preferred).

Salary

25,000 to 35,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
