Job Description

A receptionist acts as the organization's first point of contact, managing front-desk operations by greeting visitors, answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls, and maintaining a clean, professional reception area. Key responsibilities include managing calendars, handling mail, and providing administrative support like data entry or scheduling, typically requiring strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a high school diploma.

  • Visitor Management: Welcoming, welcoming, and directing clients, vendors, and staff.
  • Communication: Answering, screening, and forwarding calls, as well as handling emails and correspondence.
  • Administrative Tasks: Filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Scheduling: Managing calendars and scheduling meetings or appointments.
  • Office Maintenance: Keeping the reception area tidy, organizing mail, and monitoring office supplies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (printers, fax machines).
  • Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
  • Customer Service: Professional, positive, and polite attitude.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is generally required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
