Job Description
The Receptionist at our clinic is the first point of contact for patients. This role involves welcoming patients, managing appointments, handling inquiries, and supporting smooth front-desk operations while maintaining a professional and patient-friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments (in-person and teleconsultations)
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and handle emails/messages professionally
Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the clinic management system
Coordinate with dermatologists, nurses, and technicians regarding patient flow
Handle billing support tasks such as invoicing, payment collection, and insurance coordination (if applicable)
Inform patients about clinic services, skincare treatments, and procedures
Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming
Manage daily registers, reports, and basic administrative tasks
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with healthcare privacy regulations
Required Qualifications Skills
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred)
Previous experience as a receptionist or front-desk executive (healthcare or dermatology clinic preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, appointment scheduling software)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced clinical environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications Skills
Experience with dermatology or aesthetic clinics
Knowledge of skincare treatments and dermatology procedures
Familiarity with medical billing and insurance processes
Multilingual Abilities (preferred But Not Mandatory)
Work Hours
Daily Duty: 10 hours/day (including lunch break)
Weekly Off: 1 day (rotational basis) Salary upto 20 K
Extra hours to be marked for compensatory off or incentive as per policy
