Role Description

This full-time on-site Receptionist role is based in our Ahmedabad office. (Freshers are invited) The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, managing phone calls, welcoming guests, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations. Responsibilities include managing appointment scheduling, handling inquiries with professionalism, and supporting clerical tasks such as document management and basic record-keeping to support the team’s operations.

Qualifications

• Proficient in phone etiquette and reception management
• Strong clerical skills and the ability to manage administrative responsibilities efficiently
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and maintain a welcoming office environment
• Experience in a similar role or front office management preferred
• Proficiency in using office software and phone systems
• Fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
