Onsite/Remote: Onsite (5 days per week)

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$60,000- $75,000 + Bonus + Bonus

This salary range reflects the receptionist role within a professional office environment in the real estate sector, requiring prior receptionist or related experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a polished and professional receptionist to manage the front desk during business hours. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a service-oriented attitude, and prior receptionist or similar experience. This role offers growth opportunities and requires working onsite.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the reception desk Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm (seasonal adjustments apply)
  • Provide daily updates on meeting room schedules and communicate relevant information to teams
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls; record and relay messages
  • Schedule appointments, book conference rooms, and manage calendars to avoid conflicts
  • Welcome guests, offer refreshments, assist with coat storage, and notify staff of arrivals
  • Coordinate with kitchen and office staff for meal services and administrative support
  • Monitor visitor access and security, report unusual behavior, and pre-register vendors/guests with QR codes
  • Control café music volume and station
  • Enter meeting data into tracking software and manage reception supplies inventory
  • Report technical issues to IT and coordinate meetings, catering, and invoice processing
  • Relay executive requests and complaints promptly
  • Monitor general inquiry emails and forward as needed
  • Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements to management

Required Experience/Skills:

  • Prior receptionist experience preferred but not required; acceptable experience includes hotel front desk, medical office, high-end restaurant, or membership club settings
  • Professional, polished, and poised presence with punctuality as a top priority
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to anticipate needs
  • Service-oriented mindset and team player who collaborates across teams
  • Ability to multitask with great attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to coordinate multiple workflows and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience/Skills:

  • Experience with reception phone consoles
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability to changing business needs and participation in special projects

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college preferred
  • Prior administrative or business role experience required
