Key Requirements:

In this role, you will take ownership of critical activities across the end-to-end credit lifecycle and ensuring seamless execution.

Manage complete credit lifecycle including credit processing, limit setup, disbursement, rollovers, and repayments
Review and process loan documentation, ensuring alignment with approved credit terms and facility structures
Handle collateral and security lifecycle including creation, registration, maintenance, and release
Support panel creation and ensure accurate setup of credit and limit parameters
Perform data validation, and ensure integrity of inputs across systems
Monitor covenants, limits, and key credit conditions; track exceptions and escalate deviations proactively

Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of end-to-end lending operations and credit lifecycle
Working knowledge of loan documentation, collateral structures, and security creation
High attention to detail with strong control and risk awareness mindset
Ability to manage multiple transactions under tight timelines
Effective stakeholder management and problem-solving capability

Qualifications

MBA (Finance) / B.Com / M.Com or equivalent
2–4 years of experience in lending operations, credit administration, or banking middle office
Experience in collateral management, loan processing, or credit support preferred
