Marketing Manager – B2B Solar Projects (Field Role)

About the Company -

Date Energy is a growing Solar EPC company specializing in rooftop and ground-mounted solar solutions for commercial and industrial clients, enabling businesses to reduce energy costs through reliable and efficient installations.

Role Overview :-

This position is focused on field-based B2B marketing and lead generation within industrial and commercial segments. The role requires extensive on-ground activity, including client visits and direct outreach.

Note: This is not a digital marketing role.

Key Responsibilities :-

Identify and generate qualified leads for solar EPC projects
Conduct regular visits to industrial areas (MIDC), factories, and commercial establishments
Execute direct outreach through in-person meetings, cold calling, email, and WhatsApp communication
Develop and manage channel partners, consultants, and referral networks
Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms
Maintain a structured sales pipeline and coordinate with internal teams
Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers

Candidate Profile :-

3–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, or industrial sales
Industry exposure to Solar / EPC / Electrical / Industrial sectors preferred
Demonstrated experience in lead generation and client acquisition
Comfortable working in a field-intensive, target-driven environment
