Job Summary

Hexa Coder Technologies is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive (Real Estate Background) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate sales and a strong interest in working in the IT industry. This role requires strong client interaction skills, field visits, and the ability to generate and convert leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with potential clients and partners
• Generate leads through networking, field visits, and personal connections
• Conduct client meetings and present company services
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
• Maintain strong and long-term relationships with clients
• Track leads, follow-ups, and sales activities
• Contribute to business development and revenue growth initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to handle field sales and client meetings
• Basic understanding of IT services (training will be provided if required)
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach

Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
• Experience in client acquisition and deal closures preferred

Additional Requirements

• Candidate must have their own vehicle for client visits
