Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in Real Estate Sales preferred
• Two-wheeler mandatory

Working Hours 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM

Working Days Monday to Sunday(Tuesday Week Off)

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new client acquisition and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Handle sales of Apartments and Plots.
• Generate and follow up on leads through various marketing channels.
• Conduct outbound sales calls and client meetings.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective clients.
• Convert leads into successful sales closures.
• Maintain regular communication with clients through calls and WhatsApp.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain customer databases.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and documentation.
