Job Responsibilities:

• Identify potential builders and developers across Kerala

• Build, manage, and maintain the builder database and project details

• Coordinate Channel Partner (CP) agreements with real estate clients

• Conduct offline meetings and site visits with builders

• Handle lead calls, emails, and schedule meetings across Kerala

• Travel to different locations for builder coordination and site discussions

• Support and coordinate with the internal marketing team by providing project updates and builder inputs

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the real estate sector (mandatory)

• Strong communication and follow-up skills

• Willingness to travel across Kerala
