Role Description The Real Estate Marketing and Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Khambhat. This role is responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads, presenting property options, and managing the sales cycle from initial contact through closing. Day-to-day tasks include conducting site visits, preparing property listings and marketing materials, coordinating promotional campaigns, and maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM tools or other systems. The executive will respond to inquiries, provide timely follow-ups, and deliver consistent, high-quality customer service to buyers, sellers, and investors. Collaboration with internal teams, participation in local networking events, and market research to identify new opportunities are also key aspects of this position.
Qualifications

  • Real Estate License and foundational knowledge of Real Property regulations and documentation.
  • Experience in Real Estate sales, including property presentations, negotiations, and closing transactions.
  • Strong Sales and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Understanding of the local Khambhat property market and willingness to conduct fieldwork and site visits.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
  • Basic proficiency in digital tools (email, office software, CRM systems) for managing leads and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple opportunities, and meet sales targets ethically and responsibly.
  • Relevant education in business, marketing, or real estate is beneficial; prior experience in real estate or sales is preferred.
