Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Consultant role based in Noida. The Real Estate Consultant will guide clients through the purchase, sale, and leasing of commercial and residential properties, including property showings, site visits, and client meetings. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, presenting suitable property options, conducting market research, and advising on investment potential and pricing. The role involves negotiating deals, coordinating paperwork and documentation, liaising with developers and property owners, and ensuring a smooth transaction process. The consultant will also participate in sales campaigns, attend training sessions, and maintain accurate records in CRM or similar tools to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property markets, particularly in Delhi NCR and Noida.
- Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and closing deals.
- Effective Negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients and the organization.
- Ability to participate in and benefit from Training programs, with a willingness to continuously learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Comfort with on-site work, frequent property visits, and in-person client interactions.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; familiarity with property listing platforms is an advantage.
- Previous experience in real estate consulting or sales is preferred; a relevant bachelor’s degree is beneficial.
