Real Estate Consultant

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Consultant role based in Coimbatore. The Real Estate Consultant will guide clients through property identification, evaluation, and transactions, ensuring an informed and transparent decision-making process. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting prospective buyers and sellers, conducting property visits, presenting property options, and explaining financial, legal, and market aspects in clear terms. The role involves managing inquiries, maintaining updated property listings, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to support smooth closures. The consultant will also prepare basic market reports, provide regular follow-ups, participate in sales meetings and training sessions, and maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions and transactions.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Real Estate and Real Property concepts, including property evaluation, documentation basics, and local market awareness.
• Proven Sales skills with the ability to manage leads, conduct client presentations, and work toward clearly defined targets.
• Effective Negotiation abilities to support fair, compliant, and mutually beneficial agreements between buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders.
• Willingness and ability to participate in ongoing Training to keep up with market trends, regulatory changes, and product or service updates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to explain complex information in a clear, client-friendly manner.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to handle multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
• Comfort working on-site in Coimbatore, with flexibility for client meetings, property visits, and occasional extended hours as needed.
• Basic proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or lead management systems); familiarity with real estate software is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred; relevant real estate certifications are a plus.
