Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Ready Mix Concrete Salesperson based in Ranchi. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, preparing sales proposals, and achieving sales targets. Daily activities include visiting construction sites, liaising with contractors and project managers, conducting market analysis, and maintaining records of sales activities and customer information. Qualifications Experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related field Knowledge of the construction industry and Ready Mix Concrete products Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in the construction materials industry is advantageous
